For Division II & Division I Teams
Players will need to attend Fusion FC tryouts in order to be assigned to one of
our Division II or Division I teams. These teams will be formed for ages U11 through U19. The Process is as follows:
1) Upon arrival at the tryout location, players will need to fill out a player
application form. Players can save time by downloading and filling out the form from the forms section of our website.
2) Player will participate in the tryout and be evaluated by a team of coaches.
3) Upon selection, the player will need to fill out an acceptance packet
including player & parent conduct forms, commitment form & Medical release form. Player will need to submit
the initial Player payment at time of acceptance
