Coaches will assess the players and divide them into groups based of their
ability:
1. Beginner- Entry level: This level is for beginners. It is designed to help the player develop the personal foot skills necessary
to become more comfortable on the ball. Level one focuses on using all parts
of the foot and body to control the ball. Individual skills such as dribbling,
ball striking, receiving ball on ground, receiving ball from the air, 1v1 attacking, 1v1 defending, and much more will be taught.
2. Advanced- Skills
Level- This level is designed to enhance
the skills developed from level 1. This level will also introduce the
tactical side of soccer as well as playing in team type setting. Types of settings are 2v2 defending and attacking, 3v3 positioning, etc.. will be used. This type training
allows the players to develop an understanding of
team formations as well as the importance of communication.
